Limited warranty policy

One Year Domestic warranty against any manufacturing defect.  In case of any manufacturing defect the Mandir will be repaired/replaced with extent to the damage / defect.

Procedure for claiming the warranty:

Domestic Warranty against any manufacturing defects or faulty LED Lights. Customer can contact us on info@themandirstore.com claiming warranty with Original Invoice / Proof of delivery / email to us. The turnaround time for warranty instances will be 48 - 96 hours and we will communicate the status on customers email. For pickup of defected piece and delivery of fresh piece The Mandir Store will schedule an appointment with the shipping associate and the customer is NOT required to visit any service center or outlet.

Not covered under warranty

  1. Any damages to the Mandir due to wall hanging / wall mount.
  2. Damages due to misplacement of high lit diya or kapoor (it is advisable to always keep the diya or kapoor arti on drawer pull out tray which is meant for the purpose only.)
  3. Damages arising due to relocating, dismantling the mandir.

Disclaimer

Before placing your valuable order, please check the product's dimensions to ensure the product will fit in the desired location. Also, check if the product will fit through the entrance(s) and door(s) of the premises.

The color of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen. This is due to lighting, pixel quality and color settings

The Mandir Store, or the Seller delivering the product, will not take up any type of civil work, such as drilling holes in the wall to mount the product. The product will only be assembled in case carpentry assembly is required through 3rd party professional assistance.

In case the product appears to lack shine, wiping the surface with a cloth will help clear the surface of dust particles.

Please note, if you receive a damaged or defective outer packing (carton box / wooden crate) by the shipping company, ensure to take a snapshot of the damaged packages and send it to us. For any such damages, we will provide support to fix and or replace the product depending upon the extent of damage (see our return policy below)
