Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping for all customers within India

• All our products purchased from our website are shipped via ground shipping services. Our go to carriers include Delhivery, Safexpress, India Post
• Once the order is ready for shipment you will be notified by email about the carrier along with tracking information.
• All products will be delivered to your door-step. (ground floor in case of multi-storied apartments or condominiums)
• For multi-storied apartments, the customer must arrange for moving carts or additional help to carry the mandir to their respective homes. 
• Please note, if you receive a damaged or defective outer packing (carton box / wooden crate) by the shipping company, ensure to take a snapshot of the damaged packages and send it to us. For any such damages, we will provide support to fix and or replace the product depending upon the extent of damage (see our return policy below)

Additional charges may apply for shipping outside India 

• Shipping amount is not included for order being delivered outside India  and the charges may apply on an actual volumetric weight basis.
• All orders for the United States will be catered by our US Warehouse and webstore located here and orders should be made through the US portal only.
